I did get tracking updates, which was nice. They were a little slow to come through, or maybe I was just checking too often, but overall it kept me mostly in the loop.

The part stopped working after just a few months, which was frustrating enough, but dealing with the warranty support made it worse. They kept asking me for the same things over and over — photos, order details, all of it. I sent everything they requested, more than once, and somehow it still went nowhere. it started to feel like they were just dragging it out. I kept thinking maybe I missed something, or maybe it would get handled the next time they replied, but nope. Still no replacement, no refund, just a lot of back and forth.

The parts did show up eventually, and everything was fine once they arrived, but the shipping was slower than I expected. Not saying anyone dropped the ball, but it definitely felt like the order sat around for a bit before moving. Hopefully it’s a little quicker next time.

Ordered the parts I needed and they ended up fitting my car just like the site said they would. The box was a little banged up when it got here, but the parts themselves were fine and everything was correct. No real complaints from me. Happy with the order and I’d use them again if I need something else

The box showed up a little crushed, which made me feel kind of pressured to check everything right away. Luckily, it wasn’t too bad overall, but the packaging could’ve been sturdier.

I sent it back weeks ago and still haven’t gotten my refund. it’s been a total headache and kinda ridiculous at this point

I ordered this fender liner since it was listed for my Camry, and it was mostly right, but a couple of the holes didn’t line up like they should’ve. I ended up trimming it a bit and made it work, so it wasn’t a total hassle, just… not as exact as I expected. Shipping was fine, nothing to complain about there. I just wish the fitment info had been a little more accurate before ordering

The part felt solid right out of the box and fit my car the way it was supposed to. I’ve had it on for a few weeks now and haven’t had any problems so far, so it seems like good quality, if that makes sense

I did end up finding the part I was looking for, so in that sense the site did its job, but getting there was a little more frustrating than I expected. The filters felt kind of clunky to use, and I had to mess around with them more than I really wanted to before narrowing things down. A few pages also loaded slower than I’d like, which made the whole process feel a bit dragged out. Checkout was fine once I got to it, nothing terrible or confusing, but overall the site just isn’t the easiest or most convenient to use.

I was just trying to grab a simple replacement part, but the price was a lot higher than I expected. Once shipping got added on, it felt even harder to justify. I did ask about it, and support basically said something like, “the total depends on the part and shipping options,” which I get, but it still didn’t feel like a good deal. I ended up finding a similar part somewhere else for less, so for me it just wasn’t worth it.

In my experience, finding parts for my older Honda can be kind of hit or miss, but carparts.com actually had the couple things I needed in stock. A few other places I checked were showing backorder, so that was a nice surprise.
I thought the site made the availability easy to understand, and what showed up was what I ordered. One of the parts did take a little longer to ship than I personally expected, but it wasn’t enough to really bother me.

Overall, I’d say it was a solid experience. I’d probably use them again if I can’t find what I need locally.
