"Warranty policy is basically fraud imo"
Ask me to fax or snailmail 6 photos of my cat convertor to prove it is valid for warranty. No email or snailmail or website. Fax.

Best online company I have worked with. Delivered what i ordered. Did exchanged promptly. In some cases allowed me to keep the defective part when it wasn't expedient to return it and they sent me the good part,

"Sent the wrong Part"
I ordered a part for my ford taurus and received a part for a ford truck. Unfortunately, I did not realize this until awhile later when someone was finally able to fix my car. The company then agreed to issue a refund even though it was past the 30 day refund time. Then told me I had to pay for return shipping but I would be reimbursed for that shipping. Now, I am being charged 300$ by fedex for shipping this product back and the company is claiming no responsibility. I would not suggest this company to anyone.

"Poorly run co."
You can choose quality parts here, shipping is average and fitment guides are not always accurate and if you have to explain your fitment problem. Good freakin luck.

"Sell garbage"
Bought egr valve, spent $150 and have to take it off and buy working condition from another dealer. Got refund but wasted 1/2 day and $150 for labor cost. The Valve I got was refurbished and mechanic recommended to skip the try... should've listen to him.

"Not the Only One, Evidently ~~!?"
Ordered new OEM fitment floor mats for a classic Volvo. No confirmation of order, no follow up, no tracking number ~~ NOTHING to indicate the order was received and/or ever shipped. Finally emailed via the contact info provided by PayPal (thank lawsy for THAT

Dead silence.

Was just about to file a PayPal resolution request when the package finally wandered in,
On its own... thankfully, nice floor mats, which fit.
Must confess will never use this venue again, as the lack of communication and/or follow-up is hideous.

"Worst customer service ever"
This place is a joke the staff has no clue on what they are selling! I was shipped the wrong rear window gasket and wanted to get the correct one. They asked what color my car is and wasted an hour on the phone to have them tell me well we might have the correct one but they don't want to sell it to me because they don't want it to be the wrong part. Then took a week to get the RMA# after emailing them asking for it over and over again and then once I got an email I had to explain once again why the part was wrong and why "I" ordered the wrong part! I was like are you kidding me? So since they screwed up I am only getting half of my money back. From the sounds of it from other people no one gets their money returned. I will never shop here again and will spread the word of how horrible this place is!

"Sent me the wrong part, I returned, they NEVER refunded"
6 months later, they keep saying the refund will come in 2 days, then over the weekend, the refund never came so I placed it in dispute, then they asked me to remove the dispute because they could not refund the money. I did as they asked, I know stupid right?, they never gave me the money back

"The worst online company ever to be on the web"
Customer service is worthless they have no idea of what they are doing example as follows I have been told that the money will be taken from my account and then I will recieve a tracking number a few days elapse and nothing I call the customer service number they tell me that its on its way and that i should receive a tracking number in 24hrs I wait nothing I call again and they say that they will call the wearhouse and I will here from them in 24hrs i wait. Nothing. I call they tell me the part is on backorder but it will be ready in 2 or 3 days i wait its been 13 days I wait 2 more days nothing I call they said its been shipped I will get a tracking number I wait 2 more days the product arrives still no tracking number

"Great service"
I have been ordering from this company for about 2 years now. Every part that I ordered from them was correct, and took about 6 business day to receive. I ordered a starter for my 1999 mountainer and it went bad after 1 year. I contacted parts train and told them that the starter went out. They shipped me another starter with no problem. I give this company a thumbs up. You have my business from here on out. Thank you for great customer service.

"Wish I had read these before ordering!"
Horrible mis-leading and incompetent company! They list an item as "In Stock", yet it only means the part exist in reality... somewhere! They quote a shipping timeframe, but when that doesn't happnen, they blame the OEM because, again THEY CARRY NO STOCK. The only thing honest about this company is the name; trains were the fastest mode of transport back in the 19th century and this company moves at about that speed!
